Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from delivery to try your order. If it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund of the product price, including items bought in a bundle.
You're welcome to use the product during those 30 days. To be eligible, please return it clean, undamaged and complete, with every part it came with (for the AirLift Back Belt: the belt, hand pump and extension panel).
How to return
- Email us at onhasofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Faulty, incorrect or not as described
If something is wrong with your item, we cover the return postage and you choose a replacement or a refund. Email us a photo so we can sort it out quickly.
Cancelling an order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, please use the returns process above.
Your rights in the United Kingdom
If you live in the UK, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our 30-day promise is in addition to these rights and does not limit them.
Your rights in Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our returns policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not replace or limit them, and these rights apply whether or not an item was bought on a deal.
