Where we ship
We ship to all states and territories in Australia and to the United Kingdom.
Cost
Tracked shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery then typically takes 9 to 16 business days.
We're upfront about this because it is longer than a local retailer. Your order ships directly from our manufacturing partner, which is how we keep the price where it is. If you need it by a specific date, please allow for this before you order.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating after dispatch. That's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
Duties and taxes
Australia: there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders under AUD 1,000 are not subject to Australian import duty, and any applicable GST is included in the price you see at checkout.
United Kingdom: for orders up to £135 there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For larger orders the carrier may collect import VAT or duty on delivery, so please email us before placing a large order and we'll advise on the best way to ship it.
Delays
International shipping occasionally runs late for reasons outside our control, such as customs processing, weather or carrier backlogs. If your order passes 25 business days without arriving, email us and we'll either resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a resend and you'll only pay the reshipping cost.
